ePay Wireless - About us ePay Management L.L.C. was founded in March of 2000 by Eric Eichlin, President, and Dave Wilson, CEO; as an ethically motivated merchant service company offering quality products at affordable prices. The EPAY partners have roughly 30 years combined experience in the credit card processing industry. Eric Eichlin started in the payment industry during the early nineties with Humboldt Merchant Service's new accounts division. Duties included Operations Management, National Sales Liaison, and Underwriting. After two years, Eric left Humboldt to perform similar duties for an ISO, National Electronic Access, for a few more years. This opportunity also gave exposure to marketing and working directly with merchants. Eric then went on to meet Dave Wilson at POS Systems in 1998 where they ran the acquiring department. Dave Wilson had many roles during his nine years at POS Systems, Vital's (TSYS) original help desk and consequently a support /fulfillment house for many name brand companies. Dave started as a technician on the help desk and eventually became a manager. Using his knowledge of the company and its services, Dave also served for a term as the company's lead Client Relations Manager. During the last few years at POS Systems the C.E.O. decided to start building an acquiring department in which he left Dave to develop. Some examples of unique programs created/managed by Dave and Eric at POS Systems were a web developer affiliate program; referral program with Staples and Office Max; worked with the first US hand-held wireless terminals prior to release; and managed smart card communities at major events. Despite the success of this venture, the losses that the company was taking outside of the acquiring department by large customers taking their help desk services in-house created losses that were not tolerable. Dave and Eric then went on to form their own company, ePay Management L.L.C. ePay Management has successfully developed turn-key merchant solutions in retail, wireless and web-based commerce fields which have established the Company's reputation in the payment processing industry. ePay Management's solutions were created for interoperability and ease of integration while keeping costs to the end-user at a minimum. ePay Management continues to be an innovator in the industry, offering the best selection of "quality" wireless payment solutions available and unique pricing models for all types of merchants.
